Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The referral program is open to all existing customers of our catering business. To qualify, the referring customer must provide the name and contact information of the new customer at the time of referral.
Referral Reward
For each new customer that books our catering services as a direct result of your referral, you will receive a voucher valued at 10% of the total service cost of their order. This voucher can be redeemed for any Your Chef service of your choice.
Voucher Use
Vouchers may be combined to increase the total value of your rewards. However, please note that vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
Fulfillment Requirement
Referral vouchers will only be issued once the referred customer’s catering service has been successfully fulfilled and payment has been received in full.
Non-Transferable
Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the referring customer whose name is registered with the referral.
